All cancellations must be received via email at least 10 business days before the start of the conference (by midnight ET, October 9, 2020) — no refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Prior to the 10-day mark, any cancellations must be received in writing by email firstname.lastname@example.org or via fax 410.444.4695 / ATTN: Diane Paul. For these cancellations, refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow 30 days for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive conference materials.
