CANCELLATION POLICY

Flexible Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received at least 10 business days before the start of the conference (by midnight ET, October 9, 2020) – no refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Prior to the 10-day mark, any cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (info@KidsFirstConference.org) or via fax (410-444-4695 / ATTN: Kids First National Conference Program Team). For these cancellations, refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow 30 days for processing of a check refund. Registrants who cancel will not receive conference materials. 

Can I transfer my registration if I can no longer attend?

Yes! Instructions for transferring your registration to another person are included in the email confirmation each participant receives after registering.
